Formed in spring 2018, the musical duo Bechy & Fee builds their repertoire around melodic and at times almost contemplative reggae and soul rhythms. Charismatic singer Kateřina Becherová, a.k.a. Bechy, charms you with her unpretentiously compelling voice, which makes the emotive English and Czech lyrics of their songs truly stand out. The guitarist Filip Černý, a.k.a. Fee, who serves the looper at the same time, lends the tracks a casual and distinctive character through his imaginative riffs and melody lines, which he also echoes with electronic effects. Acoustic guitar is here and there alternated by optimistic ukulele, reggae and soul vibrations get mixed with other genres, and selected songs are boosted by bass guitar played by Bechy.
